What types of food will I eat?
You will buy all the nutritious and delicious food that you prefer to eat from the local grocery store of your choice. You do not need to buy any specific products or supplements.
How is this method different from other weight loss programs?
Based on the knowledge you will learn in my trainings, you will create an eating plan for yourself that will help you lose weight in a healthy, natural and sustainable way - based on your own body, lifestyle, and food preferences.
Is this a diet like keto where I will need to eat high fat, track macro or carbs?
No. This is not a high fat diet or any type of diet.  This is a healthy eating lifestyle. Many diets can be effective to lose weight in the short-term, but most are not flexible like an eating plan and they are not ideal for long-term health & success like a personalized eating plan it.
What results can I expect in 12 weeks?
My clients have experienced less cravings, better sleep, improved digestion, and a natural and steady weight loss that ranges from .5 - 1 pound per week - without any exercise requirements (although it is encouraged to exercise for life enjoyment, improved health, and other benefits ;)
